Will you send me any brochures or other printed literature about Glu-Lam-Log products?
We have quite a wide variety of literature, including brochures, reprints of nationally published magazine articles that featured our products, and lots of case histories that describe how folks have used our products. Rather than sending out information you don’t really need, however, we prefer to know a little bit about your project before hand. This allows us to customize a packet of information based on your needs. We’ll be more than happy to send you the appropriate information.
It would really help if I could actually see your products. Do you offer any samples?
We understand, to quote the old adage…that a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, along the same lines, holding our products in your hands is worth a thousand pictures! We do offer a variety of slices and chunks of our laminated logs, traditional milled logs, log cabin siding, and supplementary products. Again, we prefer to know a little bit about your project in order to customize a sample package that is right for you.
Is there a charge for literature or samples?
No. We offer these product samples free of charge. In fact, we send out more than a thousand sample packages every year! We are more than happy to do so -- we simply ask that you request only those samples that you need.
Where do these samples come from? Are they indicative of your actual products?
All of our samples are taken from "mill run" material that has been produced for clients. That's your assurance that our samples are truly representative of materials you can expect to receive when you order.
How do I request information and/or samples?
There are many ways to go about this. The easiest way is to simply fill out the information request form on this web site. You can also e-mail us directly at info@glulamlog.com, or call our office during business at 406-777-3219. Whichever method you choose, you can expect a prompt response. Again, the more information you can give us about your project, the easier it is for us to send you the proper literature and/or samples.
