This combination garage/studio uses our 7.3" satandard pine log cabin siding to compliment a log home on the same property. If you look closely you'll see that the corners are actually mitered. You wouldn't try that with anything but the driest material.

This garage, located near the Oregon coast is sided with our 8 12/" standard pine log cabin siding. The owners installed the material themselves. They built the garage as a storage area the summer before starting construction on their new home. Many people take this approach. Some even adapt their garages and storage areas to provide living space while their homes are under construction.

The detached storage building on the right was added onto a structure that had already been finished with our log cabin siding. It was a simple matter for the owner to make the structures look like they were built at the same time.
